Sticky Business is a graphic production company and 3M certified installer. We have been in the graphic business since 1981.
2. What kind of vehicle can I wrap?
We've wrapped everything from PT Cruisers to 53 foot semi trailers. Most likely we can work with whatever surface you need covered. Just send us an email or call us and we'll see what we can do!
3. What is a Decal? Aren't they just big stickers?
While decals may behave somewhat like stickers, they are in fact quite different. Decals are vinyl material applied with a layer of adhesive. The material that is used to wrap vehicles is high quality, pressure sensitive vinyl that is designed to perform even over complex curves. Unlike stickers, Decals can wrinkle, stretch, and bubble. That is why it is so important to have experienced installers, like Sticky Business, apply your decals. It's the only way to insure a professional look!
4. Why do I need Sticky Business to install my graphics?
Decal installation can be quite tricky. For good application, installers must line everything up correctly, maintain a level installation, and avoid wrinkles and bubbles, while avoiding stretching the material. Installation is further complicated by the curves of a vehicle where delicate heat is needed to wrap the material to the surface. While this seems a daunting task to the average customer, we at Sticky Business have made decal installation our expertise. Don't leave your company's image to amateurs! Instead entrust it with the professionals at Sticky Business. After all your graphics are only as good as their installation!
5. How long will my wrap last?
The lifespan of your graphics will vary greatly on each wrap. If you know, however, how long you need your wrap to last, we can help you choose suitable material and give you a projection on how long it will last.
6. Sticky Business' installation job looks great! But how will it come off?
At Sticky Business we not only install graphics, but we provide removal services as well. The products that we use are 100% removable, unless specified oherwise. If we are installing graphics that another printer produced, this question will have to be discussed with them.. We, however, cannot give any guarantees on this, as each installation differs on how long it has been on the vehicle, what surface it was applied to and its quality. We, however, cannot give any guarantees.
7. Will my wrap damage the vehicle's paint upon removal?
The quality of the paint job will determine whether damage occurs upon removal. Newer cars have less of a chance of paint damage because the surface has never been repainted. Vehicles that have been repainted have a greater chance of being damaged because refinish shops often fail to prep the surface properly before painting.
8. I'm on a tight schedule, how long will it take for Sticky Business to complete my production or installation job?
At Sticky Business we strive to work with your schedule in mind. Installation and production, however, take planning and work on our part and we encourage that you inform us of your timetable as early as possible so that we can do our best to meet your needs.
9. Does Sticky Business produce graphics?
We do! We have the capability to produce both vinyl cut and digital material. We will work with you to create an eye catching design or we can help you transform your vision into installable graphics. For more information on ordering graphics, please visit our services page.
10. What if I only have a concept for a wrap? Can Sticky Business still help me?
Whether your design is set in stone or nothing more than a great idea, our graphics department can work with you to create a knockout design.
While we can work with nearly any image, keep in mind that what may look nice on a 17" monitor may not look the same when blown up to 17 feet. For the best results and an image that looks great, we look for images with the highest resolution available.
12. How much will it cost to get my vehicle wrapped?
